The Arbeitskreis Assessment Center e. V. – Forum für Personalauswahl und -entwicklung is a Germany based association of specialists from industrial and professional service companies, science and public administration.
For more than 40 years, the association has offered a forum to exchange, actively use and optimize scientific results and experiences in the area of personnel selection and development.
Kuratorim Top Management Diagnostics
The “Kuratorium Top Management Diagnostik” exists since 2013 and is a project group of the Arbeitskreis Assessment Center e.V. (without legal personality), whose aim is to improve the quality of selection processes and appointments for top positions in companies, organizations and institutions.
The Kuratorim Top Management Diagnosticshas emerged from a working group of a working group of Arbeitskreis Assessment Center e.V. on Top Management Diagnostics, which has been working since 2008, and has intensively examined the current practice as well as possibilities for the further professionalization of management diagnostics in this area. The deficits that became clear in the results of the former working group were a major impetus for the founding of the actual Kuratorim Top Management Diagnostics.
