Christoph Aldering

Managing Director

Psychologist (University of Bielefeld/Oldenburg), started his professional career in 1990 as a consultant at Kienbaum Management Consultants. There he worked for more than 20 years – most recently as a partner – for more than 10 years in charge of the Business Unit Management Diagnostics. Christoph has personally conducted more than 4,500 individual assessments and a variety of management appraisal projects – in different corporate contexts: in medium-sized companies / family businesses and large international corporations, as well as in various industries: e. g. Production, Logistics, Finance, Retail, Energy, Professional Services.

Prof. Dr. Judith Hankes

Partner

PhD (University of Bonn); Psychologist (University of Mainz). Many years of professional experience in diverse aspects of HR management, including responsibilities as HR business partner. Doctorate research on aptitude diagnostics. Three years of experience in the management diagnostics unit of Kienbaum, most recently as Project Manager. Provision of individual and group assessment procedures, coaching, and training. Professor of Business Psychology at CBS International Business School.

Fabian Arimond

Principal Consultant

Graduate psychologist (University of Trier), initially working as a clinical psychologist, training therapist and lecturer. For more than 10 years consulting experience with regard to diagnostics and development of top executives in business and sports (e.g. at ifp – Management Diagnostics). Approved cognitive behavioral therapist as well as certified business coach, sports psychologist and mindfulness trainer. Lecturer at various universities and business schools.

Nadine Bettag-Edhofer

Consultant

Communication and media studies graduate. Certified business trainer and process consultant. Seven years of experience in management diagnostics at Kienbaum with a long-standing track record in international project management (HR and industries) in a diverse range of industries. Professional focus: Individual and group assessments, management audits, status quo analyses, and development centers.

Niclas Erdmann

Senior Consultant

Organizational and Business Psychologist, M.Sc. (University of Bochum). Professional focus: Psychological diagnostics, personality psychology, proactivity and leadership research. Conceptual design, execution and reporting of individual and group assessments (management appraisals and potential analysis procedures). Holder of License E for business-related diagnostics according to DIN 33430. Practical experience in corporate HR development as well as academic development of psychometric test procedures. Part-time activities in the area of football refereeing.

Jessica Lang

Senior Consultant

Organizational and Business Psychologist, M.Sc. (University of Bochum). Professional focus: Psychological diagnostics, leadership, psychometric assessment tools, Social-, Environmental- and Positive Psychology. Practical experience in designing and implementing (individual and group) assessment and development procedures, potential analysis as well as scientific research on (work) motivation and empowering leadership.

Yvonne Rupieper

Consultant

Graduate psychologist (University of Münster). Professional focus: Psychological diagnostics; conceptual design and execution of diagnostic procedures and subject matter training; most recent responsibilities in psychological counselling, diagnostics, and prevention in medical and occupational therapy.

Jenny Skarlatos

Senior Consultant

BA Business Administration with focus on Business Psychology (Fresenius University of Applied Sciences), MA Management (Hochschule für Ökonomie und Management). Last/currently self-employed with ‘Jenny Skarlatos – Management & Organizational Consulting’ and Managing Director of a Start-up in Cologne. Previously 5 years with Kienbaum Consultants International in the areas of Diagnostic & Development and Organizational Development. Main areas of expertise: Conception and implementation of diagnostic processes and methodologies (individual and group setting) to assess individual performance or with a focus on development, competency management – conception and implementation of competency models, role and skill management on an organizational level as well as systemic coaching (certified).

Beate Rose

Senior Consultant

Psychologist (University of Oldenburg), started her professional career in HR as a consultant (ift – Institut für Trainings- und Unternehmensberatung) and later in a large international FMCG company. She moved into classical consumer marketing and held numerous marketing positions with national and international responsibilities for 15 years in different large international blue-chip companies. In the end she acted as a Global Marketing Manager. After that she worked as a freelance consultant for HR and marketing projects.

Petra Merwart

Project Assistant

Qualified secretary. 40 years of professional experience for a variety of companies and enterprises, including 26 years with Kienbaum Management Consultants GmbH in Gummersbach. Since 2016 with aestimamus, providing the consultants regarding organization and project management support.
